I am getting a few quotes and they all seem different.  How would you give us a quote?

  • We will work with you to get a clear idea of the work you would like done.  
  • We then review the job site, take measurements, etc and discuss the materials you would like used.
  • We then take this information back to our office where we will spend a couple of days to determine the cost of materials, check with suppliers on delivery times, and estimate the time we think will be needed to complete your job.  
  • Within 3 days, we will then provide you with a written quote for the job.  This quote will be valid for 14 days.

What guarantee will I have that you will do the job within the time you said and for the price you quoted.

  • Once you accept our quote, we will provide you with a written contract that outlines your job in full: 
    • any demo work that is needed
    • costs of materials and labour
    • the timeline we expect to finish and 
    • the total cost.  
  • We pride ourselves in getting things done properly and on time.  The only issues that might prevent the job from being done on time is if our suppliers are experiencing inventory problems or the weather makes it unsafe for us to complete the work.
   What are your payment arrangements?
  • We will get a 25% deposit at the time we sign the contract.  
  • We will get an additional 25% payment once the materials arrive at your site.  
  • The final payment will be due on the day we finish your project. 
 

How long will it take to get my quote done?

We try to return quotes within a week. Sometimes is does take a bit longer due to our work load at the time or the complexity of the quote required.

Do you provide a free quote or is there a fee?

  • We provide free quotes.  
  • If you change the scope of the job after the first quote, we are happy to provide you with a new quote based on your revisions.  
  • If there are additional revisions after the second quote, we will work with you to determine your budget and what can be done to get your project done within that budget.
  If we hire you, how Soon Can You Start My Project?
  • This will depend if we currently have a job that we are working on.  
  • When we give you our quote we will give you a date we could start your project.
  Do you have insurance? Yes, we have a valid business licence with the City of Edmonton and we carry liability insurance for all jobs.
